Stop Windows Update from nagging you to restart your computer!

You’re working and Windows hijacks your screen asking you, “Restart Now? Later?”. Worse, you leave for lunch and come back only to realize your PC has restarted on its own. Agh! Use this to define how often Windows will nag you (default is 10 minutes), or to turn off the nag entirely (yes!).
